TIER FOUR is the FINAL TIER of the INFECTION. There have only been 2 ponies that have been documented to reach this FINAL TIER. They go by the name of THE TWINS, and they were last seen when they were about to enter the FINAL TIER. They haven't been seen since. Some say they live in your DREAMS, giving you NIGHTMARES and CHASING YOU. But who knows, -NAME OMITTED- and -NAME OMITTED- could be your best friend, your dog, your cat... They could be ANYONE.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING TIER FOUR: You MUTATE. Your BODY TWISTS and CHANGES, forming you into a FREAK. You may grow SPIKES on your LEGS, or SPINES on your BACK. The MUTATIONS are RANDOM, and they have VARIANTS of their INTENSITIES of CREEPINESS. This is a very PAINFUL process to go through, according to one of the TWINS before she DISAPPEARED. There's a RUMOR of a THIRD who underwent this TRANSFORMATION, but it supposedly DIED in the process and the BODY was DISPOSED. Some of the SURVIVORS of the TWIN'S ATTACK in the lab could tell you if this is TRUE or FALSE, but it's very hard to get the INFO out of them.
HOW MUCH OF A CHANCE DO I HAVE OF ACHIEVING THIS FINAL TIER?: Almost NONE. There's at least a 0.5% CHANCE of this happening.
